Research Interests

Activities

1999 - present PhD Student
Location : Centre IRD of Nouméa, New Caledonia ; LBEM, Université de La Rochelle.
Programme : CAMELIA, characterisation and modelling of exchanges in lagoons subject to anthropogenic influences.

Personnal interests

Origin, nature, inputs and fate of dissolved and particulate metals at the land-ocean interface, including :
- metal bioaccumulation within marine coastal invertebrates and algae, research of metallic contamination biomonitors
- embryo-larval bioassays.
- bioavailability of sediment-bound metals to benthic organisms.
- geochemical distribution of metals in surficial sediments.
- Sediment as recorders of environmental changes during the past century, with metals as markers.
